Food plays a very important role when you want to be genuinely fit. Second, if you will be including vegetables on your diet, fruits will also be present. Fruits can be the substitute for less healthier snacks. For example, if before, your snacks are biscuits or chocolates, replace it with fruits even just a piece of apple. This will surely make a very big difference.

Third, remember that diet does not mean you should only eat fruits and veggies. You should still haveĀ  and consume protein. Eggs and tofu are the best since it is not that heavy compared to meats. Studies say that consuming two eggs in a day is a healthy practice.

Fourth, if you will include meat on your diet, the most suggested is white meat. So chicken and fish will be the best to consume. Chicken and fish compared to pork and beef are considered healthier because it is lighter compared to pork and beef. Since it is lighter, it is also being digested easier.

Always remember to avoid junk food to attain the goal of being genuinely fit.
