These are answers to some of the our most frequently asked questions. If you have a question you don’t see here, email us and we’ll do our best to answer it!

  • Q: Do you deliver?

    A: Yes! Lunchtime delivery is free M-F 11am-2:30pm for group orders, office meetings, office lunches, what have you! A $50 minimum is required.

    Current delivery zones are: Fremont, Wallingford, Ballard, Queen Anne, Downtown, Eastlake, Magnolia, South Lake Union, University District, Phinney Ridge, Greenlake, International District, Greenwood and more (just ask!).

  • Q: Will you ship hand pies to my grandma in Missoula?

    A: No....

  • Q: How should I best care for my pies to retain their tasty goodness?

    A: Fruit pies are best if kept at room temperature.

    Cream pies need to be refrigerated until 30 minutes before serving.

    Savory pies should be eaten within an hour of purchase or refrigerated.

  • Q: How do you recommend reheating my pies?

    A: To reheat cold savory pies preheat oven to 400 degrees, place pies on a cookie sheet and warm for about 12-15 minutes.

    To reheat fruit pies use same method but for only 5 minutes.

  • Q: How far in advance can I pick up my pies and know they will still be good?

    A: We prefer same day pick up as we are very proud of the fact that we bake all our pies fresh not just daily but all day long.

    Our pies however keep well for 2-3 days and can be frozen for long term storage.

  • Q: Are your pies made by hand?

    A: All our pies are made by hand and our fillings are made from scratch - just like homemade!

  • Q: What if I want to serve pies to 500 of my closest friends?

    A: GREAT! Give us a week's notice and we'll hook you up!

  • Q: How early can I pick up my pies?

    A: We open at 10am at our Seattle Center location and 9am in Fremont. We can make special arrangements for pick up as early as 8am.
